With the sun I wash my body.

With the moon I refine my form.

With the Divine Immortals I am supported.

With the eternal beings I perpetuate my eternal life.

I unite myself with the enduring energy of the twenty eight constellations.

Within and without, all impurities are removed with divine water.

Most respected heavenly treasure of divinity, console my body. Make my energies saturated with the light of all stars in the enormous bushel of space. 

The eastern stars of the green dragon lead me forward.

The white stars of the white tiger protect me from behind.

The southern stars of the red bird guard me from above.

The northern stars of the black turtle guard me from below.

So it is commanded and confirmed.

Enrichment from the mind

Divine stars of the three terraces,

Symbols of my three yang souls,

respond to my spiritual progress, 

and unceasingly drive away the 

negative energies and chain up the demons. 

Protect my life and guard my body. 

Help me to commune with the Divine Immortals.

I dedicate myself to follow the eternal Heavenly Way.

Help me to attain the crystal clarity and the heart of a

Divine Immortal. Return my mind to its original innocence.

Refresh my souls so I express only positivity. 

Strengthen my energies so my spirit can grow without hinderance.

Enrichment from the Integral Spiritual Realm

The divine realm of Universal Integration enlightens my mind and lengthens my years. The powerful guiding light of the star shining on my path cuts through all negative influences. It illuminates my way and nourishes my soul so my positive energy is always integrated. In this way I can have a long and harmonious life. No evil force and enter my body or mind, so the normalcy of my well being can firmly exist. My body is strengthened, my mind is well balanced, so I can remain steadfast with the Heavenly Way. Because I have received this enrichment from the divine nature of the Universe, I can continue to grow into the realms of purity. So it is commanded and confirmed. 

Enrichment from the Divine Origin of the Universe

From Heaven the chi of purity descends.

From Earth the chi of harmony ascends.

The chi of Heaven and Earth have intercourse.

I receive my life full of divine energy with which my sincere soul is strengthened,

and my humble mind enlightened. My body and mind, essence and spirit, unite with the great Universal yin and yang. All positive and constructive elements in the wide virtuous realms quickly respond to my invocation and unite with me. There is no opposition to this command, it is the sacred eminent law of the universe. Because I have received this enrichment from the Divine Nature of the Universe, I can preserve the precious divine energy, within and without. 

So it is commanded and confirmed. 

The Golden Light Invocation

The mysterious origin of Heaven and Earth are the source of pure energy.

With this energy I can rectify the imbalances and communicate with the entirety.

Within and without the three spheres of the Universe, only the Tao is the most revered. 

From the Tao I receive the Subtle Golden Light to envelop my body and soul.

The golden light is so subtle it cannot be seen or heard. The subtle golden light permeates Heaven, Earth, and me. It nourishes and educates all life. I touch upon this invocation with deepest sincerity.

All spiritual beings gladly guard me. 

All high deities of the five directions come to assist me.

The Golden light enables me to transcend all worldly troubles. 

I am empowered to eliminate all negative forces.

All the Divine Immortals kindly accept me.

The enlightenment comes from the Divine Immortals like thunder breaking the dark clouds.

They inspire my clear wisdom to see through all obstacles in my way.

My upright chi is shining and active. May the jade marrow of heaven enter my bones. May the holy medicine of immortality grow within me. May the spiritual resources always reach me.

I truly know that the Holy medicine of immortality is both colorless and flavorless.

After 10,000 repetitions of this invocation, the wonderful secrets of all supernatural beings become self evident to me. 

From the Jade Emperor, the everlasting one of the universe, may his golden light descend and guide me.

Then you can do spring forest qigong to collect energy. Afterwards, meditate for 30 minutes to open your channels. Then, chant the Heart Sutra until you have less energy. Or you can pray the Hail Mary(s) silently in your mind very loudly and you will be good.
