Poems for life- cheese

 I just watched the Matrix. I learned that you can bend the spoon, but that usually is impossible. Instead, you must just realize the spoon is yourself and there is no self. There is only a spoon. PPP

That is the essence the dharmakaya, even to a Christian. To the teachings, the dharma, and the sanga, which is also the physical church to a nonbeliever.

To reach the subtle essence of life is the same. That is just, not indifferent. 

Meditation:

 Please relax yourself. Then say to yourself, self, you are loving of self. There is no need to reach higher than that. Thank you, my self.

That is my merit I will share with you today.
