The equinox

 How to travel anywhere there is a continuous quantum electric field (or wifi, as i call it).

Since c is a constant in the universe, it can propagate anywhere starting at an origin point zero knot. 

With quantum electric field established on Sol system, you can warp anywhere there is a constant electric field. 

That is from studying the equinox in Battle for atlas, the magsafe for iphone. If it can travel at a terminal velocity from your magsafe to the iphone battery, it should be able to do that anywhere in the universe where there is a wifi field. 

The quantum electric field ( as i call it, wifi) exists from an origin, point zero. A presupposition is that anywhere within the field, you can have power. 

The origin is not dependent on being in a specific spot, as in inflationary cosmology. It could exist anywhere at once at the speed of light.

A laser could be pointed in omni directional space.

So, therefore, you can make a mircowave field with the very large array (lol), arranging from Nevada desert, from here to alpha centuari, or at the speed constant c from sol, if we wanted to accomplish it.
